I was caught by the Manila Lack down in March for the remainder of our stay. The rooms are on the same floor as rooms in our room. The location was convenient, and the service was very courteous, helpful, and prompt, making our stay more comfortable. The dining was edible but not mind-blowing.
The rooms on the same floor have poor sound insulation, which can be a drawback. However, the hotel offers a range of services including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle, valet parking, paid airport shuttle, welcome drink, pet amenities available, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour.
The hotel is in a convenient location, but rooms have poor sound insulation. Service is top-notch with very courteous and helpful staff. The dining options are acceptable yet not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
